Terms and Conditions.
It is agreed that the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Every workshop will be charged in full, on the day the booking is made.
(1.1) If the participant requests to cancel the workshop more than 28 days before the workshop date, then the participant is entitled to a 90% refund.
(1.2) If the workshop is cancelled by the participant within 28 days of the workshop date, then the participant is not entitled to a refund but has the option to book another date or workshop to the same value.
(1.3) The Participant must make any cancellations in writing by email to:info@sdphotography-uk.com
After booking the workshop the participant will receive an email confirming their workshop booking, along with an invoice and a confirmation of received payment thereafter. Payments need to be done within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to make amendments to the itinerary of the workshop, however if the amendments are such that the participant will be impacted, then we will contact the participant and the participant will be provided with the following options:
(3.1) Accepting such amendments.
(3.2) Booking an alternative day or workshop.
(3.3) Request a refund.
In the event that the workshop has to be cancelled due to adverse weather, the participant will be offered the option to rebook the workshop for a different date, or to book a different workshop of the same value.
As with all wildlife workshops we are dealing with nature that usually involves working with wild animals, and as such we have no control over what happens. In the unlikely event that the wildlife is not there, then the participant will be offered another workshop at a discounted price for a future date.
Sean Davis Photography does not accept any responsibility for the loss of, or damage of any items or personal effects owned by the participant, nor does Sean Davis Photography accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused to the participant. Any such losses are solely the responsibility of the participant.
Sean Davis Photography does not accept any liability for death, physical injury, illness or any other harm caused to the participant whilst attending a workshop.
As we are dealing with wildlife the participant agrees to keep the wildlife workshop locations confidential in order to protect the wildlife.
The participant agrees not to return to the locations visited during their workshop(s) for the purpose of promoting their own workshops and/or tours unless agreed by both parties.
The participant is not permitted to disclose locations visited of their workshop, this includes mentioning locations on social media and other forums and websites.
We reserve the right to stop any workshop, if we feel that the behaviour of the participant is, or could have, a negative impact on the wildlife. In this situation no refunds or future workshops will be offered to the participant.
Workshops may vary in length based on location and the type of workshop content.
By paying for the workshop the participant agrees to all of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
